Every item is carefully packed and shipped from our gallery in Tokyo, Japan.

## Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

If additional processing time is required, we will notify you by email.

## Shipping Methods

International orders are primarily shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking.

Domestic orders within Japan are shipped through reliable domestic carriers.

Depending on the destination or the nature of the item, we may use an alternative shipping service.

## Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total package weight.

## Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are **not included** in the product price or shipping cost.

These charges, if applicable, are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs regulations vary by country, and we are unable to estimate or guarantee these charges in advance.

## Antique & Handcrafted Items

Many of our products are one-of-a-kind antiques or handcrafted works made by skilled Japanese artisans.

Natural signs of age, variations in texture, color, and craftsmanship are part of each item's authenticity and should not be considered defects.

## Incense Match Notice

Due to international air shipping regulations, matches cannot be included in overseas shipments.

For international orders, this product will be shipped with the 12 handcrafted incense sticks only.

## Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if there is a shipping issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can assist you promptly.

すべての商品は、東京にある阿吽ギャラリーより、一点一点丁寧に梱包し発送しております。

## 発送までの日数

ご注文・お支払い確認後、通常2〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。

発送までにお時間をいただく場合は、メールにてご連絡いたします。

## 配送方法

海外への発送は、主にEMS（国際スピード郵便・追跡付き）を利用しております。

国内配送は、信頼できる配送会社にてお届けいたします。

商品や配送先によっては、他の配送会社を利用する場合がございます。

## 送料について

送料は、お届け先の国・地域および梱包後の重量に応じて、チェックアウト時に自動計算されます。

## 関税・輸入税について

商品価格および送料には、輸入関税・輸入消費税・通関手数料は含まれておりません。

これらの費用は、お届け先国・地域の税関によって決定され、発生した場合はお客様のご負担となります。

国ごとに制度が異なるため、事前に正確な金額をご案内することはできません。

## 骨董品・工芸品について

阿吽で取り扱う商品には、一点物の骨董品や、日本の職人による手仕事の工芸品が含まれます。

経年による風合い、色味や木目などの個体差、小さな使用跡は、それぞれの作品が持つ歴史と魅力の一部であり、不良品ではありません。

## お香マッチについて

航空輸送に関する国際規制により、海外発送ではマッチを同梱することができません。

海外からご注文いただいた場合は、お香（12本）のみをお届けいたします。

あらかじめご了承ください。

## 配送中の破損について

商品が破損した状態で届いた場合や配送上の問題がございましたら、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

梱包状態と商品の写真をお送りいただけますと、迅速に対応させていただきます。
