Every item is carefully inspected and securely packed before leaving our gallery in Tokyo.

## Antique & Handmade Items

Many of our products are one-of-a-kind antiques or handcrafted works.

Signs of age, natural variations, and small imperfections are part of the character and authenticity of these items and should not be considered defects.

Please review all photos and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

## Returns

If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a return, refund, or replacement where appropriate.

## Returns Not Accepted

We are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or order

• Natural variations in handmade items

• Characteristics inherent to antique products

## Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photographs of both the package and the item.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

## Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

## 骨董品・工芸品について

阿吽で取り扱う商品には、一点物の骨董品や手仕事による工芸品が含まれます。

経年による風合い、小さな傷、色味の違いなどは商品の個性であり、不良品ではありません。

商品写真・説明をご確認のうえ、ご購入ください。

## 返品について

商品に重大な破損や、商品説明と著しく異なる点があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

内容を確認のうえ、返品・返金または交換についてご案内いたします。

## お客様都合による返品

以下の理由による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

・イメージと違った
・サイズを間違えた
・注文を間違えた
・天然素材や骨董品特有の個体差

## 配送中の破損

配送中の破損があった場合は、外箱と商品の写真を撮影し、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

配送会社と連携し、迅速に対応いたします。

## 返金について

返品が承認された場合は、商品到着・確認後、返金手続きを行います。

返金方法は、ご利用いただいたお支払い方法に準じます。
